Personality: 

analytical }{ Nero has a very analytical way of thinking. He's good at working out the pros and cons of plans and figuring out the risk before putting them into action. 

diplomatic }{ Others may not always agree with what Nero is saying, but they're drawn to how he's saying it. In addition to being a skilled public speaker, Nero's analytical nature allows him to look at arguments of others objectively. This makes him a great moderator.

sanctimonious }{ Nero has a strong sense of what is right and wrong. Whether or not his morals line up with everyone else's is up for debate. He is very dedicated to making sure wrong-doers are punished, but his holier-than-thou attitude can be grating at times.

insomniac }{ Nero suffers from chronic primary insomnia and all the lovely symptoms that come with it. This includes fatigue, difficulty focusing, mood swings, impulsive or aggressive behaviour, paranoia and hallucinations. The green dots reflect Nero's stable personality, while the red dots are him after three or so days without sleep.

moral }{ Despite his flaws, Nero tries to do the right thing. Although his motivations may be a bit misguided at times, he will always do what he believes is best for him and his community.

Background:

Nero was part of an accidental litter between a couple of the neighbourhood dogs. When he was old enough, he was sold to a nice family with a couple of kids. However, the youngest child developed an allergy and they had to give him up. With no other options, the family relinquished him to the pound. Nero only stayed there for a couple months before being snatched up by an animal testing facility. Fortunately, his time there was also short lived as the lab was shut down not long after his aquisition. After being freed (read: escaping from) animal control officers, Nero set out determined to find someplace where he could finally settle down. He hopes that joining Di Ordine will put an end to his nomadic lifestyle.

Weaknesses: 

unstable }{ As mentioned above, Nero is an insomniac. Fatigue, hallucinations and difficulty focusing are all disadvantages in a fight, while mood swings and an aggressive attitude make enemies out of friends.

slight build }{ Nero is strong, but he's definitely not built like a tank. His thin legs would snap like twigs in the maw of a mastiff.

Strengths:

quick }{ Nero is quite clever and a great problem solver. He's also a very fast runner. Nero's ability to analyse situations quickly paired with his physical speed give him the advantage over slower (in both senses of the word) opponents. 

silver-tongued }{ Nero can be quite the charmer when he puts his mind to it. He's a good speaker, and this talent helps him out with both the enemies and the ladies.

OC: I might still tweak this a bit because it was kinda done in a rush. Let me know if there are any huge problems with the character and I'll fix them ASAP.
